About the role
The Sales & Service Advisor serves as the primary customer contact, assisting clients in understanding vehicle needs, recommending services, and ensuring a professional, smooth experience.
Responsibilities
- Greeting customers
- Documenting concerns
- Inspecting vehicles
- Recommending appropriate services
- Providing accurate quotes
- Updating customers on service progress
- Reviewing completed work
- Conducting follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction
- Tracking returns
- Tracking warranties
- Performing other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license
- Prior service advisory experience preferred but not required
- Demonstrate professionalism
- Process-driven work ethic
- Ability to work a minimum of five days including Saturday
