Role Overview

The Sales & Service Advisor serves as the primary contact for customers, assisting with vehicle needs, recommending solutions, and ensuring a seamless service experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally, listen to concerns, inspect vehicles, and document service needs.
• Promote and explain services, parts, and accessories, providing accurate quotes and updates.
• Conduct post-repair follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and track warranty and return parts.

Qualifications & Skills

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old.
• Prior experience preferred but not required.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Professional appearance.
• Ability to work at least five days including Saturday.
