Automotive Service Advisor

About the Role

The Sales & Service Advisor acts as the main contact for customers, assisting with vehicle needs, recommending services, and ensuring a professional, smooth experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers courteously, listen to concerns, inspect vehicles, and identify service needs.
• Clearly communicate recommendations and provide accurate quotes, updates, and explanations of warranties.
• Promote appropriate services and parts, conduct follow-up calls, and track warranty and core returns.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Prior experience as a Service Advisor is preferred.
• Ability to work in a process-driven environment.
• Maintain a professional appearance.
• Work a minimum of five days including Saturday.

Pay

Competitive pay with uncapped commissions, earning potential from $45k–$75k.
