Automotive Service Advisor

About the role

We are seeking Sales and Service Advisors to promote and sell products and services in an automotive environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally
• Listen to their concerns
• Inspect vehicles
• Recommend appropriate services
• Provide accurate quotes
• Promote sales
• Document customer interactions
• Follow up to ensure satisfaction
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience as a Service Advisor preferred but not required
• Possess or be able to obtain a valid driver’s license
• Possess or be able to obtain a State Inspector License
• Possess or be able to obtain ASE Certification within specified timeframes

Schedule

Flexibility to work at least five days including weekends is required.
