Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, comfortable store environment
• Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism, positivity, and strong sales behaviors
• Connect with guests through active listening and thoughtful questions, guiding conversations toward solutions that meet their needs
• Sell devices, plans, and services confidently, meeting or exceeding individual performance goals
• Operate a POS system with strong attention to transaction accuracy
• Follow company processes and support a smooth, professional store experience during your shift

Requirements

• High school diploma
• 1-2 years of retail keyholder experience in a consultative, customer-focused environment (preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
• Physical ability to perform tasks requiring prolonged bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, walking, standing, and moving items

Qualifications

A high school diploma is required. While 1-2 years of retail keyholder experience is preferred, particularly in a consultative, customer-focused environment, we also consider candidates with wireless sales experience. Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and flexible availability are essential. Physical requirements include the ability to perform tasks such as prolonged bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, walking, standing, and moving items.

Pay & Benefits

The wage for this position is between $19.00 - $20.00/hour, plus uncapped commission. This position is classified as modified full-time, with a work schedule ranging from 30 to 39 hours per week. On average, most employees in this role work approximately 35 hours per week, offering a consistent schedule while maintaining flexibility.

Pay Range

Minimum Salary: $42,000
Maximum Salary: $47,250
