Senior Wireless Retail Sales Expert - Brookfield, WI

About the role

We're looking for a Brand Ambassador to represent our people-first culture every day. You'll create a welcoming, comfortable store environment and deliver exceptional customer service while modeling professionalism, positivity, and strong sales behaviors.

Responsibilities

• Connect with guests through active listening and thoughtful questions
• Guide conversations toward solutions that meet their needs while driving sales performance
• Become a Product and Services Expert by confidently selling devices, plans, and services
• Stay current on promotions and product knowledge
• Support Store Key Support by opening and closing responsibilities, ensuring the store is secure, organized, and ready to serve guests

Requirements

• A high school diploma is required
• One to two years of retail keyholder experience preferred, in a consultative, customer-focused environment (wireless sales experience preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals
• Experience operating a POS system with strong attention to transaction accuracy
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
• Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, walking, standing and moving items

Qualifications

Pay & Benefits

The minimum salary for this position is $42,000 and the maximum salary is $47,250. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
