Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming and comfortable store environment
• Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism and positivity
• Connect with guests through active listening and thoughtful questions
• Guide conversations towards solutions that meet their needs while driving sales performance
• Confidently sell devices, plans, and services, meeting or exceeding individual performance goals
• Operate a POS system with strong attention to transaction accuracy
• Follow company processes and support a smooth, professional store experience during your shift

Requirements

• High school diploma
• 1-2 years of retail keyholder experience preferred, in a consultative, customer-focused environment (Wireless sales experience preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals
• Experience operating a POS system with strong attention to transaction accuracy
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
• Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, walking, standing and moving items

Qualifications

A high school diploma is required. While 1-2 years of retail keyholder experience is preferred, particularly in a consultative, customer-focused environment such as wireless sales, we also consider candidates with relevant experience in other retail settings. Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and flexible availability are essential qualifications. Additionally, physical abilities and requirements are important for performing tasks in the store environment.

Pay & Benefits

The wage for this position is between $19.00 - $20.00/hour, plus uncapped commission. This position is classified as modified full-time, with a work schedule ranging from 30 to 39 hours per week. On average, most employees in this role work approximately 35 hours per week, offering a consistent schedule while maintaining flexibility.
