About the role
At Consumer Cellular, we're on a mission to redefine retail by providing a welcoming, comfortable store environment. We're looking for a Brand Ambassador and Relationship Builder who can create real relationships with guests and drive sales performance.
Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming, comfortable store environment
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Model professionalism, positivity, and strong sales behaviors
- Connect with guests through active listening and thoughtful questions
- Guide conversations toward solutions that meet their needs
- Build loyalty rather than complete transactions
- Sell devices, plans, and services confidently
- Stay current on promotions and product knowledge
- Open and close the store securely, organize it, and ensure it's ready to serve guests
Requirements
- High school diploma
- 1-2 years of retail keyholder experience preferred, in a consultative, customer-focused environment (Wireless sales experience preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals
- Experience operating a POS system with strong attention to transaction accuracy
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, walking, standing and moving items

Pay & Benefits
Data (in accordance with the Equal Pay and Opportunities Act): Minimum Salary: $42,000 Maximum Salary: $47,250 This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
