About the role

As a Brand Ambassador, Relationship Builder, or Store Key Support, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience and driving sales.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming and comfortable store environment
• Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism and positivity
• Guide guests through decisions with patience and expertise
• Build loyalty rather than complete transactions
• Sell devices, plans, and services confidently, meeting or exceeding performance goals
• Operate a POS system with strong attention to transaction accuracy
• Support the store during opening and closing shifts

Requirements

• High school diploma
• 1-2 years of retail keyholder experience, preferably in a consultative, customer-focused environment (wireless sales experience preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
• Physical ability to perform tasks requiring prolonged bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, walking, standing, and moving items

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required
• 1-2 years of retail keyholder experience preferred, in a consultative, customer-focused environment (Wireless sales experience preferred)

Pay & Benefits

The wage for this position is between $19.75 - $21.00/hour, plus uncapped commission. This position is classified as modified full-time, with a work schedule ranging from 30 to 39 hours per week. On average, most employees in this role work approximately 35 hours per week, offering a consistent schedule while maintaining flexibility.

Data (in accordance with the Equal Pay and Opportunities Act): Minimum Salary: $42,000 Maximum Salary: $47,250 This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
