At Consumer Cellular, we're on a mission to redefine retail by providing a welcoming, comfortable store environment. We're looking for a Brand Ambassador and Relationship Builder to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming and comfortable store environment
• Deliver exceptional customer service while modeling professionalism, positivity, and strong sales behaviors
• Connect with guests through active listening and thoughtful questions, guiding conversations toward solutions that meet their needs while driving sales performance
• Become a Product and Services Expert, confidently selling devices, plans, and services, consistently meeting or exceeding individual performance goals
• Support as a Store Key Support, opening and closing responsibilities, ensuring the store is secure, organized, and ready to serve guests

Requirements

• High school diploma is required
• 1–2 years of retail keyholder experience preferred, in a consultative, customer-focused environment (Wireless sales experience preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals
• Experience operating a POS system with strong attention to transaction accuracy
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
• Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, walking, standing and moving items
