Senior Tax Expert - Retail

We are seeking dedicated Retail Experts to provide in-person tax assistance at TurboTax retail or flagship locations. In this role, you will offer hands-on tax advice and prepare returns for various complexity levels,identify deductions, optimize refunds, and deliver personalized tax solutions,build long-term customer relationships through excellent service, and serve as a community ambassador by engaging prospects and participating in local marketing efforts. Key qualifications include an active EA, CPA, or attorney license, minimum of 3 years of tax preparation experience with a proven ability to handle at least 30 federal and state returns annually, familiarity with tax law and professional software, and strong communication skills, especially in bilingual settings (English/Spanish preferred). Ideal attributes involve a passion for customer empowerment, community engagement, entrepreneurial mindset, and excellent interpersonal skills.
