Senior Tax Expert - Retail

We are seeking dedicated Retail Experts to provide in-person tax assistance at TurboTax retail locations across the country. Key responsibilities include delivering comprehensive tax advice, preparing returns for simple to complex situations, and ensuring a superior customer experience. You will act as a community ambassador, engaging prospects and building long-term client relationships through proactive outreach and local marketing efforts. Qualifications include an active EA, CPA, or attorney license, a minimum of 3 years' experience filing federal and state tax returns, and familiarity with professional tax software. Strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and proficiency with technology are essential. Bilingual abilities and experience in holistic tax advisory services are a plus. Attributes such as empathy, professionalism, entrepreneurial spirit, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment are highly valued. This role involves working onsite, representing TurboTax in the community, and supporting local marketing initiatives to grow the client base and foster prosperity.
