Senior Tax Expert - Retail

We are seeking dedicated TurboTax Retail Experts to provide in-person tax assistance at retail or flagship locations across the U.S., combining tax expertise, community engagement, and customer service. In this role, you will offer full-service tax return preparation, advice, and support for diverse tax situationsengage with customers to understand their unique financial needs and build long-term relationshipsserve as a community ambassador, promoting TurboTax locally and through outreach effortscontribute to local marketing initiatives to attract and retain clientsutilize tax software and resources to deliver accurate solutions in accessible languageaddress client inquiries and help them navigate tax challenges effectively Qualifications include: an active EA, CPA, or attorney license with at least 3 years of tax preparation experience, familiarity with professional tax software, and compliance with licensing requirements. Skills desired are strong communication, customer service, technology proficiency, and an entrepreneurial mindset. Bilingual skills and experience in holistic tax advisory services are a plus.
