Senior Tax Expert - Retail

We are seeking Retail Experts to provide in-person tax assistance at designated locations across the country. Responsibilities include: Offering comprehensive tax advice and preparing returns for various complexities, including personal and business income.Engaging with customers to understand their unique financial situations and building long-term relationships.Serving as a community ambassador by participating in local outreach and marketing efforts to attract new clients.Creating an exceptional customer experience through professionalism, empathy, and personalized support.Utilizing tax software and resources to deliver accurate solutions and maximize refunds.Supporting community engagement through content creation and local events.Working onsite in a retail environment, with a focus on building trust and loyalty. Qualifications: Active EA, CPA, or attorney license with at least 3 years of tax preparation experience.Proficiency in tax law, familiarity with Circular 230, and a valid PTIN.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, front-facing retail setting, with bilingual skills a plus.Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with strong communication and customer service skills.Willing to work onsite and wear a uniform, with flexibility to support peak times.
