Senior Tax Expert - Retail

We are seeking dedicated Retail Experts to provide in-person tax assistance at TurboTax locations across the country. As a trusted advisor, you will offer comprehensive tax preparation, advice, and support for a variety of tax situations, ensuring accurate and personalized solutions. Key responsibilities include serving as a community ambassador to promote TurboTax servicesbuilding long-term customer relationships through proactive engagementconducting discovery sessions to maximize refunds and minimize liabilitiesdelivering exceptional customer experiences with professionalism and empathyleveraging marketing efforts to grow the client base Qualifications include an active EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax experienceminimum three years of filing experience with professional softwarefamiliarity with tax laws and ability to work onsitestrong communication, customer service skills, and tech proficiencywillingness to work in a retail environment and represent TurboTax publicly Ideal candidates are entrepreneurial, community-oriented, bilingual (English/Spanish), and passionate about empowering clients.
