Senior Tax Expert - Retail

We are seeking dedicated Retail Experts to provide in-person tax assistance at TurboTax retail locations across the U.S. Key responsibilities include delivering full-service tax return preparation, offering personalized tax advice, and supporting software usage to help customers optimize refunds and minimize liabilities. You will act as a community ambassador, engaging prospects, nurturing relationships, and promoting TurboTax services through local marketing efforts. Qualifications include an active EA, CPA, or attorney license, with at least 3 years of tax preparation experience, familiarity with tax laws, and the ability to handle diverse tax situations. Bilingual skills and a proactive, customer-focused attitude are advantageous. Skills and attributes required are excellent communication, empathy, entrepreneurial mindset, proficiency with tax software, and comfort working onsite in a retail environment. This role emphasizes building trust, community engagement, and delivering exceptional customer service to foster long-term client relationships.
