Senior Tax Expert

We are seeking dedicated retail experts to provide in-person tax assistance at our locations across the country. As a TurboTax Retail Expert, you will deliver personalized tax preparation, advice, and support for a range of tax situations, ensuring clients maximize refunds and minimize liabilities. Key responsibilities include serving as a trusted community ambassador, engaging prospects, and building long-term relationships through proactive outreach and local marketing efforts. Qualifications include an active EA, CPA, or attorney license, with at least 3 years of experience filing individual federal and state returns using professional software. Skills required are strong tax knowledge, excellent communication, customer service, and technological proficiency. The role demands on-site presence, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work in a retail environment. Ideal candidates are self-driven, community-oriented, bilingual (English/Spanish), and passionate about empowering clients.
