Senior Tax Expert

We are seeking dedicated TurboTax Retail Experts to serve as trusted advisors in retail locations across the country. Key responsibilities include: providing in-person tax return preparation, offering personalized tax advice, and supporting customers with software and product inquiries. You will act as a community ambassador, engaging with prospects, promoting tax awareness, and building long-term client relationships. Qualifications: active EA, CPA, or attorney license with at least 3 years of tax preparation experience, familiarity with tax laws, and PTIN registration. Must be comfortable working onsite, possess strong communication skills, and have a customer-centric approach. Bilingual skills and experience in tax advisory services are a plus.
