Senior Tax Expert

We are seeking dedicated Retail Experts to provide in-person tax assistance at TurboTax locations across the country. Key responsibilities include offering full-service tax return preparation, personalized tax advice, and support using TurboTax software. You will serve as a trusted advisor to help customers maximize refunds, minimize liabilities, and plan for future financial goals. As a community ambassador, you will promote TurboTax locally, engage prospects, and build long-term client relationships through outreach and marketing efforts. You will create an exceptional customer experience by demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and a genuine interest in clients' financial well-being. Qualifications include an active EA, CPA, or attorney license with at least 3 years of tax preparation experience, familiarity with tax laws, and proficiency with professional tax software. Bilingual skills and a passion for community engagement are a plus. Attributes such as strong communication, customer service skills, entrepreneurial mindset, and comfort working onsite are essential. Candidates must be willing to wear a uniform, work in a retail environment, and operate independently in a fast-paced setting.
