Senior Tax Expert

We are seeking dedicated Retail Experts to provide in-person tax assistance at TurboTax locations across the country. Key responsibilities: Deliver full-service tax preparation, advice, and software support for customers with simple to complex tax situationsBuild long-term client relationships and grow the local community presenceAct as a community ambassador, engaging prospects and participating in local marketing effortsCreate an exceptional customer experience through professionalism and personalized serviceUtilize resources to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, and optimize refundsContribute to local outreach and educational initiatives, including content creation and event participation Qualifications: Active EA, CPA, or attorney license with at least 3 years of tax preparation experience filing 30+ federal and state returnsPTIN and necessary state licenses or permitsComfortable working onsite, with strong communication and customer service skillsBilingual skills (English/Spanish) a plusEntrepreneurial mindset and tech-savvyWillingness to wear a uniform and work in a retail environment Attributes: Passionate about empowering clients and engaging with the communitySelf-driven, professional, and empatheticExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAble to manage multiple priorities independentlyReside within the United States
