Senior Tax Expert

We are seeking dedicated Retail Experts to provide in-person tax assistance at TurboTax retail or flagship locations across the U.S. In this role, you will offer comprehensive tax services, including tax return preparation, advice, and calculations for a range of situations, utilizing TurboTax software. You will build trusting, long-term relationships with customers by delivering personalized solutions and helping them achieve their financial goals. As a community ambassador, you will represent TurboTax locally, engage prospects, participate in marketing efforts, and foster a positive community presence. Your responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries, and creating an accessible, friendly environment. Qualifications include an active EA, CPA, or attorney license, with at least 3 years of tax preparation experience and familiarity with professional tax software. You should be comfortable working onsite, possess strong communication skills, and be willing to engage in community and marketing activities. Bilingual skills and a passion for empowering customers are advantageous. Attributes such as entrepreneurial spirit, empathy, and professionalism are essential, along with proficiency in technology and a proactive, customer-focused mindset.
