Senior Tax Expert

We are seeking dedicated retail experts to provide in-person tax assistance at TurboTax locations across the country. In this role, you will deliver tax preparation services for a variety of complex and simple tax situations, offering personalized advice to help customers optimize refunds and plan for the future. You will act as a community ambassador, engaging prospects through outreach and local marketing to grow the client base and foster long-term relationships. Key responsibilities include creating an exceptional customer experience by demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and a genuine interest in clients' financial goals. The role requires active tax credentials such as an EA, CPA, or attorney license, with at least three years of relevant experience filing federal and state returns using professional software. Strong communication skills, proficiency in technology, and a customer-focused approach are essential.
