Responsibilities
- Optimize the flow of value from idea generation to release
- Coach your team(s) to create high-value items while reducing rework and waste
- Promote transparency on barriers, progress, and remove or address impediments
- Enable your team(s) to practice Professional Scrum and other agile frameworks
- Cultivate continuous learning, experimentation, and improvement for high performance
- Coach your team(s) to understand and adopt new ways of working
- Serve as an internal trainer for team learning and development
- Coach Product Owners/Managers on empirical product planning and backlog maintenance
- Maintain and promote information radiators for inspection and adaptation
- Coach teams to self-organize and facilitate events as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- 4+ years of relevant work experience in an agile environment (6+ years preferred)
- Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, SSM, or other scrum certification)
- Experience in Scaled Agile Framework
- Skills in servant leadership, situational awareness, conflict resolution, and continuous improvement
- Proven ability to promote teamwork and cross-functional collaboration

- Experience driving Agile adoption in a cross-functional organization
- Superior analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Demonstrated experience with continuous integration/delivery
- Participation in scaled agile frameworks

Pay
The salary range for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target across all US locations. Individual pay is determined by work location, job level, skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Additional compensation may include annual performance-based bonuses, sales incentives, or other variable compensation.
