Senior Specialist - Program & Project Management
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver complex, enterprise-wide Sales Technology initiatives within Corporate Systems. This role manages end-to-end project execution across Salesforce platforms, Client Data Hub (CDH), AI transformation initiatives, and enterprise integrations.
About the role
As a Senior Project Manager, you will partner closely with Product Owners, Salesforce Architects, developers, integration teams, data teams, and business stakeholders. You will drive delivery of projects spanning CRM, Salesforce/eCRM/1FD, data platforms (Snowflake, CDH), AI capabilities (Ask CDH Agent), and enterprise integrations. This role operates within established Corporate Systems governance processes, ensuring alignment with intake, prioritization, Clarity, Jira, release management, and FARM compliance requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Sales Technology projects, including Salesforce platform enhancements, CDH initiatives, and AI transformation programs.
- Manage the full project lifecycle: intake, scoping, planning, design, coordination, development, tracking, testing, release, and post-production stabilization.
- Ensure project deliverables align with roadmap priorities, release cycles, and enterprise delivery standards.
- Drive execution across multiple concurrent projects and workstreams, actively managing dependencies, risks, and timelines.
- Oversee project intake processes, ensuring requests are captured, categorized, and aligned with enterprise prioritization frameworks.
- Partner with leadership to align work across business-led initiatives and assign delivery ownership based on portfolio segmentation.
- Create and track projects in enterprise tools (Clarity, Jira), including project frameworks, features, and tasks.
- Coordinate with governance bodies (e.g., Sales Technology Change Management Committee) to align with roadmap prioritization and release planning.
- Maintain accurate project tracking in Clarity, including status, budget alignment, and milestone progress.
- Develop executive-level reporting on project health, risks, dependencies, and delivery metrics.
- Drive transparency into project readiness, identifying projects not ready for approval due to incomplete plans or documentation.
- Support alignment between project execution and SOWs, funding approvals, and program-level financial oversight.
- Establish and maintain Jira structures (epics, features, user stories) to support delivery teams.
- Partner with development teams to ensure proper backlog grooming, sprint planning, and execution tracking.
- Ensure all work (Salesforce, CDH, integrations, AI) is properly decomposed and tracked for delivery visibility and audit readiness.
- Drive consistency in task breakdown, time tracking, and delivery alignment across projects.
- Ensure adherence to enterprise release management processes, including change requests, approvals, and deployment governance.
- Coordinate FARM requirements, ensuring required documentation is captured and attached to change requests for approvals.
- Partner with engineering and DevOps teams to align project deliverables with release schedules, deployment pipelines, and environment readiness.
- Identify and mitigate delivery bottlenecks caused by governance or documentation gaps.
- Manage projects spanning Salesforce (eCRM, 1FD, Experience Cloud), CDH, Snowflake, and AI initiatives.
- Coordinate complex integrations across Salesforce, DocuSign, data platforms, and external applications.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in enterprise project management, technology delivery, or program execution roles.
- Proven ability to lead large-scale initiatives spanning Salesforce, CDH, AI, and enterprise integrations.
- Experience owning execution across the full project lifecycle, from intake to post-production support.
- Strong track record of driving alignment across cross-functional teams (business, technology, data, integration partners).
- Accountability for delivery within enterprise governance frameworks (Clarity, Jira, FARM).
Benefits
- Comprehensive medical plan covering medical, dental, and vision.
- Short-term and long-term disability coverage.
- 401(k) plan with company match.
