Senior Specialist - Program & Project Management

About the role

Seeking a Senior Specialist with 11 years of experience in Delivery Management and strong technical expertise in Java to lead project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and risk management.

Lead and manage stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Oversee benefits management to track and maximize value realization from delivery initiatives. Drive pursuit and proposal management activities to secure new business opportunities. Identify, assess, and manage risks and crises proactively to minimize impact on project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong stakeholder management practices to build trust and transparency.
• Lead benefits management processes, including defining metrics, tracking benefits, and reporting outcomes.
• Manage pursuit and proposal efforts by coordinating with sales, delivery, and technical teams, including Java development resources.
• Develop and implement risk and crisis management plans, including mitigation and contingency strategies.
• Ensure delivery teams, especially Java developers, are adequately staffed and equipped to meet operational demands.
• Monitor program adherence to processes, methods, and standards to ensure consistent delivery quality.
• Provide leadership and guidance to delivery teams, promoting best practices and continuous learning in Java technologies.
• Communicate effectively with senior leadership and clients to report delivery status and escalate issues as needed.
• Utilize strong Java technical expertise to mentor teams and resolve technical challenges during delivery.

Requirements

11 years of experience in Delivery Management and strong technical expertise in Java.
