Senior Specialist - Program & Project Management

About the role

We are looking for a Fraud Delivery Lead with strong Fraud Management and AML experience to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with Program Leads, DMs, and Accounts team across engagements for different initiatives in the Banking domain
• Maintain strong client relationships and stakeholder management
• Manage a large engagement of around $15-20M+ annually
• Manage and monitor the performance of multiple programs of work and collaborate with Program Lead DMs to ensure programs are running smoothly and aligned to business goals
• Ensure consistent implementation of common PMO standards, reporting, and closure processes across programs
• Provide on-the-ground support to Delivery Managers to execute planning, directing, and coordination of day-to-day activities of running initiatives in the portfolio
• Ensure all areas of the program are appropriately staffed to meet operational needs
• Monitor and track execution of all programs in the engagement and take appropriate actions if any risk is identified
• Drive adherence to program processes, procedures, methods, and standards for program delivery and leverage across programs

Requirements

• At least 10 years of total experience with strong relevant experience in Program Engagement Management
• Proven track record as a Program Engagement Manager working on large strategic cross-functional projects/programs
• Strong experience in the banking domain with good understanding of relevant banking regulation and supervisory expectations for large complex financial institutions
• Strong techno-functional skills, analytical and communication skills
• Experience in demand fulfillment, targeted hiring, and tracking
• Strong experience handling project/program finances and invoicing
• Experience working on RFPs, SOWs, and other proposals with Accounts team and Delivery Managers/Project Managers
• Well-conversant with modern technologies
• Strong leadership skills with proven record in driving positive and sustained change
• Well-versed with delivery lead growth initiatives

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum salary target for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and job level and additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Depending on the position offered, other forms of compensation may be provided as part of overall compensation like an annual performance-based bonus, sales incentive pay and other forms of bonus or variable compensation.
