Senior ServiceNow Associate

Senior Associate, ServiceNow in a consulting environment with a focus on ITSM, ITOM, and IRM.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and expertise for ServiceNow implementations, leading planning and execution of workstreams.
• Lead client workshops to present best practices and translate complex needs into technical requirements.
• Manage on‑shore and off‑shore teams to deliver agile‑based project components.
• Evaluate platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend solutions.
• Ensure development standards are met through review and content management.
• Prepare reports on project progress and advise stakeholders for decision‑making.

Qualifications & Skills

• At least three years of managing large enterprise systems, with extensive ServiceNow experience in ITSM, ITOM, or IRM.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Completion of at least one full ServiceNow implementation and current certifications in System Administration and relevant modules.
• Experience leading agile teams and customizing workflows using JavaScript.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively, and travel as needed.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
