About the role
Senior Associate, ServiceNow within the Advisory practice, focusing on ITSM, ITOM, and IRM implementations.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning and execution of ServiceNow projects, guiding both technical and functional teams.
- Facilitate client workshops to gather requirements and present best practices.
- Manage on-shore and off-shore teams in delivering agile-based solutions.
- Assess platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend solutions.
- Ensure development content adheres to ServiceNow standards and review deliverables.
- Prepare reports and advise stakeholders on project progress and decisions.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years managing enterprise systems, with extensive ServiceNow experience in ITSM, ITOM, and IRM.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Full ServiceNow implementation experience with relevant certifications (CSA and others preferred).
- Ability to travel as needed and work legally in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Skills
- Proficiency in customizing workflows, Business Rules, and UI Scripts using JavaScript.
- Experience leading agile teams of various sizes.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate platform performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Adaptability, collaborative team player, strong communication skills, and a commitment to continuous learning.
