Senior ServiceNow Associate

About the role

Role Overview: The Senior Associate, ServiceNow, is responsible for leading ServiceNow implementations, guiding planning and execution across ITSM, ITOM, or IRM domains. They facilitate client workshops to translate complex needs into technical and functional requirements and oversee on-shore and off-shore teams to deliver agile project outcomes. Additionally, they evaluate platform performance, debug issues, and ensure development standards are met, providing reports and strategic advice to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise in ServiceNow deployment and management
• Lead client engagement sessions and technical requirement gathering
• Manage agile teams during project delivery
• Assess platform performance and troubleshoot software issues
• Review and ensure content aligns with development standards
• Prepare project reports and support decision-making processes

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience managing large enterprise systems with a focus on ServiceNow, ITSM, ITOM, or IRM
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Full ServiceNow implementation experience, with relevant certifications such as CSA and others in ITSM, Discovery, or Risk Management

Skills

• Proficiency in customizing workflows, Business Rules, and UI Scripts using JavaScript
• Experience leading agile teams and delivering technical solutions
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and client engagement abilities
