Senior ServiceNow Associate

Senior Associate, ServiceNow – consulting environment focused on platform implementation and management.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on ServiceNow implementations, leading planning and execution across ITSM, ITOM, or IRM.
• Conduct client workshops to understand complex needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements.
• Lead on‑shore and off‑shore teams to deliver agile‑based project components.
• Evaluate platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend solutions.
• Ensure development standards are met and review content from development teams.
• Prepare reports on project progress and advise stakeholders for decision‑making.
• Act with professionalism, integrity, and responsibility to maintain a respectful work environment.

Qualifications

• At least three years managing enterprise systems with a focus on ServiceNow, ITSM, ITOM, or IRM.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience leading ServiceNow implementations and current certifications such as CSA, CIS‑ITSM, CIS‑Discovery, or CIS‑IRM.
• Proficiency in customizing workflows, Business Rules, and UI Scripts using JavaScript.
• Ability to lead teams in agile project delivery.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
