Senior ServiceNow Associate

Responsibilities

• Providing expert guidance on ServiceNow implementations
• Leading planning and execution of ITSM, ITOM, or IRM workstreams
• Conducting client workshops to translate complex needs into technical requirements
• Overseeing on-shore and off-shore teams to deliver agile projects
• Evaluating platform performance, troubleshooting issues, and recommending solutions
• Reviewing development standards
• Preparing progress reports
• Advising stakeholders for decision-making

Qualifications

• At least three years of managing large enterprise systems, with extensive ServiceNow experience focused on ITSM, ITOM, and IRM
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Completion of at least one full ServiceNow implementation, with current certifications in ServiceNow System Administration (CSA) and preferred additional CIS certifications
• Experience leading agile teams and customizing workflows using JavaScript
• Ability to communicate effectively, troubleshoot software, and work collaboratively
