What You’ll Do

  • Lead a team of accomplished and bright architects and senior consultants who deliver Omnissa technology to our customers.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, project staffing, team utilization, revenue, and overall delivery quality for professional services.
  • Develop and maintain a collaborative, and ever-evolving culture that Omnissa Professional Services is known for.
  • Nurture and manage a solid backlog of contracted projects by evolving our Go-To-Market Strategy, partnering closely with Sales, and engaging customers to enable sales of Professional Services.
  • Elaborate quotes and Statements of Work based on internal templates and lead scoping conversations with your team.
  • Gain insight and experience about how the business runs, our tools, metrics, and priorities during your first month.
  • Take full ownership of business outcomes, develop leadership skills, and expand your sphere of influence across Omnissa within your first three months.

What You”ll Bring

  • Enable and guide Omnissa consultants and architects with a leadership style that is flexible, proactive, and innovative.
  • Understand and be conversant in the technology Omnissa delivers at a level deep enough to recognize how our solutions fit customers' business and technical needs.
  • Participate in revenue and sales forecasting, identify trends and opportunities to increase Services sales, and work with sales teams to ensure proper services' offerings are attached to product sales.
  • Periodically report the state of your business segment and its operations to senior leadership and manage the success of your projects.
  • Gather information from field teams, aggregate data, and provide insights to senior leadership to improve Professional Services and service offerings.

  • Salesforce for sales pipeline and opportunity management

Remote-USA or Hybrid (Hybrid only if candidates live close to Atlanta or Mountain View offices)

Education

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.

Pay

The typical base salary for this role is between USD $175,000 – $200,000 per year and it may be eligible for participation in a corporate bonus program. Actual compensation offer may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, skill level, or other relevant factors.
