Senior Manager, Client Services
About the role
The Client Services team holds the ultimate responsibility for the creative output and flawless execution of our campaigns and programs. With a comprehensive view over all aspects of collaboration, the team works with expert teams and specialist partners, both internally and externally, to bring a brand's creative vision to life. The team has three core functions: overseeing campaigns, budgets, and timing across assigned programs; acting as the central resource to bring in the right expertise at the right time; and facilitating retention and client satisfaction through excellent operational and servicing standards and quality creative output.
Responsibilities
- Project manage, organize and direct the day-to-day operations of campaign delivery. This includes: managing budgets, timelines, and supporting the team for creator sourcing, contracting, briefing and campaign management
- Manage, help to develop and mentor at least one Campaign Executive, supporting with career pathing and goal setting
- Lead or be an active participant on internal and external meetings, adding value with keen knowledge of the brand, roster of creators, strategy and campaign goals/ KPIs
Requirements
- Have 3-5+ years’ agency or brand experience, including team management
- Have strong detail-oriented communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Have a solid understanding of the social media advertising ecosystem and an insatiable appetite for learning about industry innovations
- Appreciate and understand the value of creativity
- Thrive in an environment where collaboration, flexibility and scrappiness are valued more than job titles, rigid structure and legacy ways of working
Qualifications
- Be a curious self-starter with a problem-solving mindset and a proactive ‘can do’ attitude

Pay
The salary range for this role is $70,000 - $82,500 and serves as a general guideline reflecting the potential compensation for the role. The final salary offer will be determined based on a comprehensive evaluation of factors such as the candidate's experience, expertise, alignment with the position's requirements, and ultimately budget approvals.
