About the role

The Global Technology Solutions team is seeking an experienced Professional Services Sales Manager to drive and expand Professional Services execution at Egnyte. This role focuses on balancing revenue creation with long-term customer retention, ensuring an excellent Egnyte experience.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Become deeply familiar with Egnyte's selling motion, leading process-improvement tasks and initiatives, developing key metrics, and sales coaching.
  • Team Management: Lead the Professional Services Sellers, managing all responsibilities and ultimate accountability for key metrics and team success.
  • Metric Management: Balance SaaS revenue attainment with PS Sales Bookings, accountable for PS Bookings, Attach rates, Discounting rates, and collaborating with Delivery peers on PS revenue, quality rates, and more.
  • Sales Engagement: Build effective relationships with Egnyte sellers and sales leadership, helping them achieve quicker conversion times and rates while maintaining quality Professional Services engagements.
  • Strategy Guidance & Feedback: Serve as the "voice of the field/customer," connecting needs from Professional Services to PS Delivery leaders and making necessary improvements.

Qualifications

  • Customer-Facing, Compelling, Self-Directed, Communicator
  • 7+ years in B2B SaaS Professional Services roles
  • 3+ years in customer-facing selling roles
  • Proven experience with executive presentations & high-pressure selling environments
  • Strong technical skills (cloud, data migration, authentication infosec, etc.)
  • Very strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines, while thriving in a fast-paced work environment
  • Understanding of modern product integration & cloud-native B2B SaaS applications
