About the role

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Professional Services to oversee a high-performing services organization focused on customer implementation and delivery excellence. This role leads and coaches a team of service delivery professionals while driving productivity, utilization, revenue, and operational outcomes. Close collaboration across internal teams is required to balance customer needs, project health, and business priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of service delivery professionals
• Drive achievement of productivity, utilization, revenue, and operational goals
• Monitor project health and ensure adherence to quality standards
• Forecast resource needs and align staffing with project demand
• Develop a strong understanding of customer needs and the implementation portfolio
• Advocate for customer needs while balancing business objectives
• Collaborate across teams to achieve consistent execution and delivery excellence

Qualifications

• 2+ years of direct people management experience, including performance management and coaching
• Experience leading implementation, consulting, or customer delivery teams
• Demonstrated ability to motivate teams amid competing priorities
• Experience managing operational metrics such as utilization and resource forecasting
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Pay

$101,900 – $132,800 annually
