Senior Manager, Marketing Planning And Strategy - Health & Wellness

About the role

The Market Planning and Strategy team is responsible for understanding merchants and leading campaigns to execute strategic initiatives. Our mission is to drive impactful marketing strategies that align with business goals and optimize reporting to ensure success.

Responsibilities

• Lead Campaigns: Understand merchants and lead campaigns to execute strategy.
• Collaborate: Partner with channels, creative teams, and other parts of marketing to develop and implement marketing strategies.
• Optimize Reporting: Analyze results and optimize reporting to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Business Partnership: Stay close to the business and act as their partner to ensure alignment with marketing strategies.
• Services Partnering: Collaborate with the services partnering team across various domains including financial services, health & wellness, pharmacy, vision center, and merchandising.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field and 3 years' experience in marketing or related field OR 7 years' experience in marketing or related field.
• Preferred Qualifications: Leading cross-functional projects, Marketing or related field, Supervisory experience, Masters: Business Administration.
