About the role
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing Strategy & Planning to support one of the nation's leading membership-based retailers and its exclusive private label brand. This role plays a key role in bringing new products, seasonal campaigns, and brand storytelling initiatives to life while partnering with leaders across merchandising, product development, creative, media, social, and marketing.
What You'll Do
- Develop integrated marketing strategies supporting product launches, seasonal campaigns, and Member's Mark brand initiatives.
- Translate business priorities into actionable marketing plans that drive member engagement and business growth.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives across merchandising, product development, creative, media, social, marketing operations, and channel planning.
- Build marketing briefs and activation strategies across paid, owned, earned, digital, and in-club channels.
- Partner with business leaders to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Manage complex marketing initiatives from strategy through execution while balancing multiple priorities.
- Analyze campaign performance, uncover insights, and recommend optimization opportunities.
- Improve marketing planning processes and accelerate speed-to-market across the portfolio.
What We're Looking For
- Experience developing integrated marketing and brand strategies.
- Strong background in brand management, marketing planning, or consumer marketing.
- Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and lead initiatives across large, matrixed organizations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Passion for brand building, innovation, and creating meaningful customer experiences.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to execute at a high level in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience in strategic planning and data-driven decision-making.
- Background creating executive presentations and marketing dashboards.
- Experience delivering results within large, complex organizations.
- Master's degree is a plus.
Assignment Details
- Location: Bentonville, Arkansas
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM CST
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Contract Extension Potential: Yes
