Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction, fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and standards of excellence
  • Affirms compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
  • Aids in the development and adherence to community budgets
  • Relays quality assurance and brand standard policies/procedures needed by region, from The Springs Living support team
  • Recruits, develops and retains effective community Administrators, and other senior community leaders needed
  • In coordination with Regional Director of Operations, responsible for evaluating current and proposed systems and procedures and determining and implementing changes as necessary
  • Serves as the Administrator backup in the event of time off and/or an Administrator opening
  • Affirms resident, employee, physical plant problems, and other issues that arise after usual business hours are addressed promptly and effectively, either by being personally available by phone or email or by assigning other appropriate staff to be similarly available
  • Affirms Regional Director of Operations is regularly informed of community status and particularly any significant problems for which guidance is necessary
  • Affirms environment for residents consistently promotes choice, home likeness, independence, privacy, individuality and dignity
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Knowledge of assisted living, memory care and independent living regulations
  • Current ALF/RCF Administrator license
  • 7+ years of experience as a leader in senior living
  • Experience managing multiple departments and competing priorities
