This high-impact leadership role is responsible for operational excellence, financial performance, safety, labor relations, and business development across multiple sites.
Responsibilities
Drive operational, financial, and strategic results across a geographically dispersed logistics network.
Provide leadership and direction across freight, transload, warehouse, and multi-modal logistics operations.
Develop and implement multi-year operational and financial plans aligned with enterprise strategies and business objectives.
Oversee site-level P&L results, budgets, forecasts, and performance targets while identifying opportunities to improve profitability.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, cost reduction, service quality, safety, and compliance.
Develop and manage KPIs that measure operational effectiveness, customer satisfaction, financial performance, and business growth.
Build strong commercial relationships and identify growth opportunities that strengthen Pasha Logistics Washington’s market position.
Develop and maintain trusted partnerships with customers, carriers, labor leaders, and key stakeholders.
Identify new business, partnership, and service expansion opportunities that support long-term growth.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve service issues quickly and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
Stay informed on industry trends, market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive activity to guide strategic decision-making.
Prepare and present operational and financial reports to senior leadership, highlighting trends, risks, opportunities, and improvement priorities.
Create a safe, accountable, and collaborative operating environment across all locations.
Maintain compliance with safety standards, DOT regulations, environmental requirements, and risk-management practices.
Oversee union engagement, labor relationships, and compliance with Collective Bargaining Agreements.
Implement lean principles, technology solutions, and continuous improvement methods to streamline processes and reduce costs.
Use data, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration to address operational issues and improve service delivery.

Lead through management teams while strengthening talent, capability, and succession across the operation.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field, or an equivalent combination of coursework and directly related experience.
Master’s degree preferred.
10+ years of senior leadership experience in the shipping, logistics, or transportation industry.
6+ years of management experience with direct responsibility for teams and budgets.
Experience in business development, customer relationship management, or commercial strategy preferred.
Strong operational knowledge of freight, transload, warehouse, and multi-modal logistics processes.
Proven ability to build commercial relationships and execute business development strategies.
Advanced financial acumen, including multi-year budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
Experience with labor relations, union engagement, Collective Bargaining Agreements, and compliance requirements.
Strong understanding of safety regulations, DOT compliance, environmental standards, and risk-management practices.
Ability to implement lean principles, technology solutions, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Exceptional communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Pay
Starting pay will be determined by job-related factors including experience, education, and business needs and may be modified at any time. Zone 2: Starting rate $215,000; up to $250,000 for highly qualified candidates.

Regular office hours with occasional travel required.
