About the role
Our client is seeking a Senior Change Management Lead to join their Organizational Change Management (OCM) team supporting complex transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to managing change.
Location: Schaumburg, Illinois
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute change management strategies within large-scale insurance or technology transformation projects.
- Identify key stakeholders, analyze change impact, and develop engagement and readiness plans.
- Adapt enterprise-wide change approaches to regional audiences and specific business contexts.
- Establish sustainable change practices, artifacts, and governance frameworks for client ownership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless adoption of new processes and systems.
Requirements
- Proven experience in OCMS leadership within complex insurance or technology transformations.
- Strong stakeholder identification, impact analysis, and engagement planning skills.
- Ability to tailor change management approaches to regional and business-specific needs.
- Experience establishing change practices, artifacts, and governance structures.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
