Senior Change Manager

About the role

This role will support financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management initiatives that strengthen business visibility and decision-making. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a Legal & Accounting environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $100,000 – $130,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead the change management strategy for AI and digital transformation initiatives
• Translate complex technology projects into actionable change strategies and stakeholder plans
• Provide leadership and oversight for the Change Manager role, ensuring high-quality support
• Collaborate with executive sponsors and teams to align messaging and training efforts
• Conduct change impact assessments and develop resistance management strategies
• Design communication strategies to foster engagement and behavior change across the firm
• Standardize change management resources and methodologies to ensure scalability across functions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred
• 8–10+ years in leading change management and digital enablement initiatives; preferably in legal or professional services
• Proven ability to advise leaders and influence decisions across stakeholder groups
• In-depth understanding of change management methodologies like Prosci or ADKAR is preferred, along with certifications
• Strong analytical skills to leverage data for guiding decisions
