Change Management Senior

About the role

Serve as a subject matter expert and consultant to senior executives and business groups across the enterprise. Support change management recommendations for strategic initiatives and key organizational transformations. Partner with M&A, Information Security, and business leads to embed change management into acquisition timelines. Assess change impacts across people, processes, and technology for acquired entities. Develop and manage communication plans, ensuring messaging aligns with legal and security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support change management recommendations for enterprise-wide strategic initiatives and organizational transformations
• Partner with M&A, Information Security, and business leads to embed change management into acquisition timelines
• Assess change impacts across people, processes, and technology for acquired entities
• Develop and manage communication plans, ensuring messaging aligns with legal and security requirements

Requirements

• 4+ years of technology and information security change management experience
• Hands-on experience supporting technology transformation initiatives
• Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions through change management activities
• Strong stakeholder engagement and readiness assessment skills
• Ability to translate technical changes into user-friendly impacts and actions
