Senior Brand Manager - DTC

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Brand Manager - DTC to join the team of a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space. This role will shape brand and customer engagement initiatives that strengthen market presence and business impact. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a consumer-facing environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $110,000 – $140,000 annually Responsibilities Own the commercial performance of two growth brands focused on revenue and margin Define and execute merchandising strategies including product mix and pricing Set strategic directions for brand positioning and portfolio evolution Identify and execute growth levers such as bundle adoption and AOV expansion Collaborate on experimentation roadmaps with marketing and product teams Align cross-functional partners to unblock workflows and manage brand calendars Ensure consistent and effective brand voice and positioning across channels Qualifications 5+ years of e-commerce experience in DTC brand management or merchandising Track record of driving measurable outcomes like revenue growth and margin improvement Understanding of end-to-end e-commerce operations including site and merchandising Strong background in experimentation methodology with practical test design skills Experience in complex organizations with cross-functional collaboration Benefits Health, Vision & Dental Insurance HSA company contributions 401K with company match component 'Take what you need' PTO Wellness benefits A FREE MATTRESS plus a Friends and Family discount Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
