About the role

The Senior Brand Manager will lead the development and execution of brand strategies for a direct-to-consumer (DTC) brand. This role requires a deep understanding of consumer behavior and market trends, as well as strong leadership skills to drive brand initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with business goals and target audience needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, including marketing campaigns, product launches, and customer communications.
  • Lead brand research efforts to gather insights on consumer preferences and market dynamics.
  • Oversee brand messaging and positioning to ensure alignment with brand values and strategic objectives.
  • Manage brand partnerships and sponsorships to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
  • Monitor brand performance metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of successful brand strategy implementation and execution.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on innovation and creativity.
