About the role
The Senior Brand Manager will lead the development and execution of brand strategies for a direct-to-consumer (DTC) brand. This role requires a deep understanding of consumer behavior and market trends, as well as strong leadership skills to drive brand initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with business goals and target audience needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, including marketing campaigns, product launches, and customer communications.
- Lead brand research efforts to gather insights on consumer preferences and market dynamics.
- Oversee brand messaging and positioning to ensure alignment with brand values and strategic objectives.
- Manage brand partnerships and sponsorships to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
- Monitor brand performance metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management or a similar role.
- Proven track record of successful brand strategy implementation and execution.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
