About the role
Join vialytics, a rapidly growing company founded in Germany in 2018, as a Senior Account Executive. We are modernizing infrastructure for thousands of cities through AI-powered road management solutions.
Responsibilities
- Own and grow a territory
- Sell a differentiated AI product with strong product-market fit
- Help shape our U.S. sales motion
- Build a market from the ground up alongside a fantastic team
- Own the full sales cycle across your territory, from prospecting through close
- Build pipeline through outbound prospecting, social selling, conferences, and strategic relationship-building
- Develop trusted relationships with city leaders, public works departments, and municipal stakeholders
- Conduct product demonstrations
- Collaborate closely with Marketing to improve pipeline generation and regional campaigns
- Help refine and scale our U.S. sales processes as we enter new territories
- Represent vialytics at industry events, conferences, and onsite customer meetings
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in SaaS, technology, or complex B2B sales
- Track record of consistently hitting or exceeding quota
- Strong outbound prospecting and pipeline generation skills
- Comfortable navigating multi-stakeholder sales environments
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a high level of ownership and accountability
- Excitement about AI, GovTech, and modernizing public infrastructure
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle for regional travel

Pay
OTE range: $160,000–$280,000
Base salary range: $100,000–$140,000
Schedule
Frequent travel within your region (~60% of time spent traveling)
