The Senior Account Executive, Workplace Technologies & Services (WTS) role at Canon USA is seeking a driven professional with a passion for technology and a knack for identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities. This position involves selling Canon’s advanced hardware and software solutions to a dedicated customer base, focusing on enhancing cybersecurity, cloud data functionality, and managed print, IT, and automation services.
Responsibilities
- Master core capabilities of innovative Canon USA and third-party products and solutions.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM platform to manage client and prospect accounts.
- Contact an assigned account base via direct calls, email campaigns, and social media.
- Conduct in-person discovery meetings, presentations, and demonstrations to identify customer requirements and business challenges.
- Develop strategic plans to address both short-term and long-term customer needs.
- Collaborate with a team of technology subject matter experts to enhance customer success.
- Nurture high-level relationships within a comprehensive customer base.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Three years of business-to-business sales or customer-facing experience.
- Unwavering passion for learning and applying new technology and services.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build solid working relationships.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
Qualifications
- Experience in the technology industry preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of industry-standard sales techniques and tools.

Pay
The anticipated base salary range for this role is $50,000-$63,160 annually. This role is also eligible for incentive compensation under the terms of an applicable plan, with an anticipated incentive compensation of $62,869 annually. Additionally, there is a transportation allowance.
Schedule
This role offers a hybrid work schedule, requiring occasional in-office attendance and availability to customers in-person or remotely. The exact schedule and office reporting requirements may vary based on business needs.
