Selling District Manager

About the role

Oversee two TCC Verizon Authorized Retailer locations in Gettysburg and Shippensburg, PA. Drive sales performance, build customer and community relationships, and lead teams to succeed in a competitive wireless environment. Spend significant time in the field coaching employees, modeling customer-first selling behaviors, and improving sales outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Review district sales results and performance metrics to identify opportunities and coach for improvement.
• Work closely with employees in the field, observing sales interactions, providing real-time coaching, and modeling effective selling behaviors.
• Develop and mentor team members through meetings and one-on-one coaching, focusing on leadership growth and succession planning.
• Recruit, hire, and develop talent to build strong teams.
• Maintain operational excellence, including policy compliance, inventory control, cash handling, and merchandising standards.
• Plan schedules to support peak selling times and collaborate with peers to drive district-wide results.
• Engage in community involvement and volunteer initiatives to strengthen local relationships.

Requirements

• High school diploma (Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Ability to work full-time hours (averages 45 hours/week).
• Flexible schedule, including nights, holidays, and weekends.
• Reliable transportation with 100% travel capability, including overnight travel as required.
• Multi-unit management experience (ideal).
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Pay

Average salary: $100,000–$105,000. Compensation includes:
