Security Shift Supervisor - 2nd Shift

Responsibilities

• Maintain access control by observing employee entry and exit
• Monitor CCTV systems
• Communicate effectively via radio

Requirements

• Able to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional demeanor
• No use of personal electronics/cell phones while on duty
• Prior leadership experience
• Computer proficiency

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• 2 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail preferred

Pay

• $21.56 (Supervisor rate) per hour
• $19.24 (Security Officer rate) per hour

Schedule

• Sunday through Thursday, 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM

About the Role

As the Supervisor on Sundays and Mondays, you will serve as the Supervisor on those days. On Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, you will serve as a security officer. Your responsibilities include monitoring access control, communicating via radio, and ensuring that all post orders are followed and required reports are filed. You will also coach and discipline personnel as appropriate and assist in the preparation and filing of various reports.
