Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities at a chemical and petrochemical location.
• Monitor and control access at assigned entry points by verifying credentials, maintaining visitor logs, issuing visitor badges, and directing authorized personnel and deliveries in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to access-control concerns, incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; promptly report observations through established communication channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned access points, facility areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity, unsecured entry points, and potential hazards.
• Maintain accurate daily activity reports, access records, and incident documentation while communicating professionally with site contacts, employees, contractors, and emergency responders as needed.

Requirements

• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a valid driver’s license for driving positions only.
