The Seasonal Chef Instructor, Pastry will be responsible for teaching cooking classes focused on pastry techniques and skills to customers at Sur La Table stores.

Responsibilities

• Teach classes on pastry techniques and skills to customers
• Ensure all classes are engaging and informative
• Adapt classes to meet the needs of different skill levels
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized classroom environment

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of professional pastry experience
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Qualifications

• Education in culinary arts or related field preferred
• Experience teaching cooking classes
• Knowledge of pastry ingredients and techniques
